The sound on all the clips needs normallising #13

The countdown is quite loud compared to the in game music, but it would be better if we didn't have to change the volume between clips.

Ive normalised all the maximum peak volumes in the themes and the countdown, hope ok; some parts of some of the themes are quieter than others but think thats ok. It sounds alright when comparing in Audacity anyway.
