Design the play area #6

Specifically the:

CAD development is over in Onshape, based on the demo LEDframe

The general theme is stacked boxes (similar to before) but all one size (250×250×250mm), made with 3mm MDF. The boxes to be connected via M6 bolts through a central hole (so they can't separate if knocked) and to (maybe) be collapsible to make transport smaller.

LED targets are then smoked acrylic fronted (similar to the scoreboard and timer) with mdf behind, so the whole setup is using the same materials.

For final decoration, the plan is to use vinyl, pixel designs on the non-target boxes.

The blocks are designed, and are being cut now. The focus is to get the target boxes ready first, they won't collapse, and then have to be transported whole, but the other boxes will fold flat (and be quicker to construct than last time!)

there's still 6 boxes to cut, but all the main parts of the LED boxes are done. I've got the LED strips to solder together and then they can go into the light frames
