Sort the todos for LpoolMakeFest

before they get broken out to their own tasks:

• [x] add holsters tovthe play stand (#15)

And the stuff that will wait till later:

• [ ] move registration station to a pi-top
• [ ] better camera and mount (camera requirement is now dropped)

• [ ] Better people management for queuing
