- [ ] Remove two-file solution. Can we use Compose profiles/includes?
- [ ] mention docker compose up somewhere
- [ ] spec out: NextJS? OpenNext? Can I use Defang BYOC for my Vercel app?
- [ ] failing healthchecks are invisible
- [ ] Fast image push / fast file sync (SST-ish or remote sync)
