Custom Report Templates and Markdown Support #6122

There appears to be no feature to export/produce complete custom "penetration testing report", meaning a report containing custom sections, skeleton.

Adding/improving the custom report templating and offering a feature to export as markdown (agnostic language), word and pdf (so far only html and ascii are supported) would put DefectDojo on par with the likes of Canopy, Faraday, etc.

Also, I would suggest implementing support for markdown within the text area/textbox of the UI for a more pleasant experience of inputting text.

Hi, I wonder if there's any update on this. It would be a good feature, since the current reporting capabilities are not great
