Remove hard-coded references to /opt/dojo #79

I attempted to install to a directory other than /opt/dojo and encountered some errors.

@risto-liftoff TBH, I'm not surprised that there were bugs there - I've always just installed into /opt/dojo since the very early days of DefectDojo. It's muscle memory to type /opt/dojo without thinking.
