Updated to add support for Ubuntu 23.10 for Python 3.11.x #87

Needed as DefectDojo version greater than 2.31.0 requires Python 3.11

The only version of Ubuntu which currently ships with Python 3.11 is Ubuntu 23.10 that includes Python 3.11.6. This is not an issue for container-based deploys which have greater freedom of Python version choice.

Once Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is released, godojo will be updated for that Ubuntu verion (and the long support window that comes with a LTS release).
