Update segmentation path #7

  1. add segmentation method without path
  2. confirm selection and export configurations
  3. add path for the segmentation method added in 1.
  4. refine configurations Issue: segmentation path not updated

Solution: remove segmentation method and add it again, setting a segmentation path before you confirm selection
