ERC20 Claimable Reverse Airdrop: Smart contract and interface

We need to implement an airdrop of ERC20 tokens to a list of ERC20 addresses on ETH Mainnet in the same way as UNI did and many others copied afterwards.

SPECS The same as the UNI airdrop plus:

a text field where you can check if your address is eligible (no need to connect Metamask). Ideally done without submitting any data, in asynchronous manner.
The Claim Airdrop button is on a website not yet connected to Web3
Airdrop lasts 1 year
The Claim Smart Contract allows owner to remove the funds (in case we want to close earlier)
The Claim Smart Contract allows owner to add the funds (in case we want to add addresses)
The address list in fed from a JSON list and can be edited.
Deploy and test on test net
Allow to pass the control to us before funding it

Since timing is important we may remove some requirements to speed things up.

CODE You are encouraged to reuse existing smart contracts and interfaces, we are not looking to reinvent the wheel, but need a solid working product.

TIMELINE It needs to be ready on the 10th of May

OFFER In your offer to stat please specify shortly what kind of experience you have and how you plan to implement it.

OPTIONAL If it can be done 5 days earlier we'll use it in the xDAI airdrop too. In this case we will pay a bonus to be discussed.

Hi i can help you build this using merkle trees, which this repo uses https://github.com/Uniswap/merkle-distributor, unfortunately the requirement for editing the list won't be possible with this solution 2) developerfred has been approved to start work.
