fix: ithaca tvl #11940

Ithaca now enables users to earn interest on deposits made to Ithaca by allowing them to opt in to deposit their funds to Aave. Due to this change TVL calculation needs to be updated to consider deposits made to Aave by Ithaca strategy contracts.
