Add PORTERS Taiko Mainnet public rpc endpoint #1194

Link the service provider's website (the company/protocol/individual providing the RPC):

Provide a link to your privacy policy:

https://porters.xyz/tos

If the RPC has none of the above and you still think it should be added, please explain why:

Your RPC should always be added at the end of the array.

Hey @scermat thanks for the PR! for us to keep tracking as limited we need to know how long the info is held, if there is no determined amount of time then tracking would have to be set to yes. tracking: "yes",

Thanks @realdealshaman - the logs and policy is due to be revised in the near future as this was only to help us troubleshoot any issues while we get started.

Would it work for you if we put tracking as "yes" for now and then revise it once we update the privacy policy?
