Possibility to support web-based application

Is it possible to supprt web-application? Compile nebula to wasm, then have the web-app to use wasm nebula?

I'm not aware of any way to do this today. This repo is for mobile Nebula, and this sounds more related to Nebula proper (https://github.com/slackhq/nebula).
