docs: use reference link site.github replacement #76

Again, just playing with the web editor so this is untested. Tried the double <> because apparently that is a format that markdown might be swallowing since that is another supported format https://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax#link

thank you for your contributions. I tried your PR in my local environment, but footnote syntax is not supported in our rendering engine... BTY, I found <%- @site.github %> is eco syntax. I made https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/definitelytyped.github.io/commit/b41e37374a7abbb17c443834b453cf258919231a . I works fine in my local env.
