no owners for @types/request #451

I tried various ways in https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/discussions/63804 to get the owners for request - https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/master/types/request - but it kept telling me I had a typeo or to file an issue here.

Ah! The { characters (to me they were implied as literals) are to be removed...
