[Enhancement] Support more arch #23

Build postgres from source if arch is not available see https://github.com/docker-library/postgres/tree/master/13/bullseye

Need to think about arm/v7 support, as it is not a 64 bit version - see some problems... not only for postgresql also for the scanner.

Do you plan to extend support to i386?

No not for now, currently I'm seeing on test systems that use 32bit archs some problems. I can for sure provide also 32 bit archs but then I will not give any support for them.
