Closed Sm4shExplorer, alot of mod files dissapeared, closed and reopened again, everythings a DLC file?? #12

Please help me, i closed and reopened my sm4shexplorer and some of the green files dissapeared, not all though. I close and reopen it again, and almost everything was a Patch/Updated file! please help!
