EH70: Check for valid URL in ManufacturerURL field #37

ManufactuereURI in the attributes of generic information should be checked if it is a valid URL.

Fixed - It now checks for a URI (https:// | http:// | www. | WWW. | /) and also checks all other attributes if those are not null
