Remove wp-admin dependency #15

In all default form providers we include ABSPATH . 'wp-admin/includes/plugin.php' to check if the corresponding form plugin is activated. This is unfortunate and should be removed so WordPress can run without wp-admin/ present.

Edit: ACF currently does the same in acf_is_plugin_active() so removing dependency in Hogan Form is moot…
