Adds the new ruined torii portal structure for the cherry blossom grotto biome
Fixes axototl's not targeting koi fish
Fixes cherry blossom wood blocks not burning
Fixes loot tables for the cherry blossom grotto village structures
Adjusts the cherry blossom grotto's foliage and grass colour settings
