Tropicraft + Eastward Journeys = Crash

I've attached my start-up log from just EJ + dependencies + Tropicraft in the same mod loader. I'm running j17, relatively recent forge, through PrismMC.

This particular build is just: Tropicraft, 9.6.3 Eastward Journeys, 1.0.4 Geckolib, 4.2.3 Terrablender, 3.0.0.169

Thanks for reporting, I'm just getting back from a trip so I'm going to take a look into this soon and see if I can dig out what's causing the incompatibility. Will report back if I find anything concrete that I can fix.

Haven't been able to nail down the issue here yet. I can reproduce it locally but the crash logs don't give much information. Looking at the Tropicraft registry for potted plants it does seem a bit unexpected but I haven't been able to determine why it causes an incompatibility with Eastward Journeys. Even when I remove my own potted plants from the mod, it still crashes

I'm in the sad position of being technical but not overly familiar with the innards of mods just yet. I'm digging through Tropicraft's bug tracker to see if I can find any duplicate issues now that the weekend is here enough to afford me some spare time.
