Updates for compatibility with 1.20.3.

Changes include:

• Updated block registration to deferred
• Removed unused registry event logic
• Removed now unecessary objectholders
• Fixed some potted sapling references
• Updated trees to use the new vanilla tree growers
• Removed branching black pine trees, instead black pines will just generate in the straight or wobbly trunk patterns.
• Update chest loot tables in the giant buddha statue structures
• Update entities for 1.20.3 support
• Torii Gate structures will no longer spawn floating on top of tall grass
• Removed redundant feature generation code since there most of it is jsonified by now anyway
• Updated giant buddha structure generation slightly
