Send scan information between devices

Mobile app send:

• Start scan with new Fingerprint instance.
• Cancel scan call.

Wear app sends:

• Fingerprint data after scan is finished.
• (Maybe) confirmation on start and cancel scan.

Start scan is now send to the mobile and handled (b667e11).

Next up is returning data to the phone. Also "confirmation on start and cancel scan" send message on start would make starting more safe.
