If the job fails then next one will download all previous data. So there is the need to update meta and download time every single run.

There are two problems with this:

Fingerprint order can be random in the result so get scanTime has to be from database.
Couchebase does not track upload time of fingerprints. It would be safe to create this feature.

Fingerprints are ordered by update time which enables to get max date from every run to enable this feature.
