Cho phép xuất hàng trả về kho chính, hoặc từ kho phụ đi qua 
cửa hàng.

Ghi thông tin hàng xuất vào DEPT_STK_OUT, trừ số lượng trong 
DEPT_STK
Update thông tin của DEPT_STK trong DEPT_STK_HIS để làm report.
