OS Error winerror 127 #33

I get this error when I try to launch webui-user.bat. Is there a fix to this?

Install anaconda. https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/windows/

Try loading again. If that doesn't work reply here with the new issue.

I already have anaconda installed. I have it in environmental variables as well
