Unable to create venv in directory venv #8

In Step 3, when I run the webui-user.bat file I get the following:

Creating venv in directory venv using python "C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\python.exe" Unable to create venv in directory venv

exit code: 3

stderr: El sistema no puede encontrar la ruta especificada.

Launch unsuccessful. Exiting. Presione una tecla para continuar . . .

What can I do?

try running as admin, or check to be sure conda is installed. If not google anaconda download windows and install that first.
