The root cause can be either a render stuttering bug, or improperly unindexed delete impls.

[Admin > Full Text Index > Reindex all idioms] helped removing the dupes.

But there is still a bug somewhere in the unindexing logic (maybe on impl delete?)

It seems indeed that deleting an idiom does unindex the idiom and its impl from the text search index, but that deleting an impl does no such thing.
