The COMMS RF packet check command sends a request to COMMS for packets in the RF queue. COMMS either responds with empty queue subtype or with the received packet.

Freeze: for stoping a subsystem from responding
Start and stop master command loop: starts and stops the master from sending automated requests to other subsystems
The *_INJ IDs are used for simulating new packets received from RF through the PC interface.
