Group mods within the mod list #11

Make a way to create groups of mods within the full mod list. E.G: Group all modul mods together, group skins by theme, group skins from a specific set together

I think this might be out of scope at the moment, but I'll leave this open as an enhancement if it ever does become something to look into.
