Create statement selection panel #4

The ability to manually/automatically decide which statements to include in the calculations would be really useful to help uncover significant linear relationships between Preferences correlation and Statement correlation.

Plan is to create a panel like the Participant selection panel and add a button to do some automated optimal selection according to some parameters (e.g min number of statements to include, depth of search (affecting runtime)). I can think of some heuristics that would get us started for this. Brute force exhaustive would involve effectively infinite runtimes so heuristics will have to be investigated to assist.
