Blender plugin does not receive data with NI mate 1 #2

NI mate introduced sync frames to optimize OSC transmission. This breaks the plugin with NI mate 1.

Same problem fixed in Cinema 4D plugin a0a735d5bdd9c38e393022d39739fd21750f7d73

Maya is unaffected as no sync frames are implemented in the maya plugin.
