docs: šŸ“˜ add dsv plugin documentation link at top of readme #46

Improve the discoverability of the plugin docs rendered by Ansible. By default this required googling and Ansible galaxy doesn't immediately link the information in their browsing experience.

Not correct link. @andrii-zakurenyi is going to look at docs changes as well as Iā€™m going to look at antsibull-docs to see if we can include hay in main readme instead for now.
