chore: 🎉 align project tooling configuration

• Align and update all trunk configurations.
• Include go vendoring on go.mod change.
• Align markdown formatting.
• Align vscode default settings.
• Update devcontainer with newest working configuration on ubuntu base image and using aqua to simplify dev tooling.
• Align golangci-lint configuration among repos (cleaned up and stripped out all the noisy comments).
• Align changie configuration for better changelog and release note generation.
• Improve performance of mage by removing needless tool installation and upgrade to v1 release.
