Support for domain user accounts, such as those in Active Directory, is supported by the TSS SDK but not the Terraform provider.
Can you achieve the same result doing it in an alternative way?
No.
I believe this was requested and implemented in the old Thycotic Terraform provider repository, but doesn't appear to have made it to this repo.
