Missing recipes for Half and Quarter "Waste" items #6

Love the mod as it makes fluids easier to handle, however was disappointed that while you had recipes for half and quarter crude oil and it's uses there are no recipes for half and quarter heavy oil and other "waste" fluids.

This would be fine if the production process creates Heavy Oil as an output, but instead it creates Quarter Heavy Oil as an output needing to pipe the output back to 2 refineries and convert it back to heavy oil.

Can addition recipes that use the Heavy Oil and others be added?

I saw that you uploaded an update to the game, I'm not sure if it was meant to address this (It does state residual fuel in the change log) however ingame I still don't have Quarter Heavy Oil to Residual Fuel options

@DellAquila Also is there any chance of updating the Git with the latest version?
