Experiencing this exact issue as well on a Motorola Photon Q 4G.  Stock ICS 
ROM, only rooted and deOdexed.

I can click and even type, but no image... I use a Motorola D1

Same problem in Motorola XT860, guess I'm uninstalling and finding an 
alternative.
