To reproduce the problem?
1. Install the package

It complains about a missing file: 
  IWCompilerDefines.inc

Versions:
Delphi 7 with SP1 and Intraweb 9.0.32 on Windows XP SP2

I had the same problem then I read the readme.txt and followed step 5 below:

5. Under project options, add a search path to the intraweb source directory.

This worked for me.

I did a complete file search on entire PC and still the file did not exist. I 
think 
it may have been a bad release of Intraweb.
