libzmq-win32.dll is missing after installing codex 1.5 #17

After installing codex 1.5 I am getting that the above dll is missing in both Delphi 10.4.2 and 11

Until I produce a replacement installer, to rectify this issue, if you have a 64-bit version of Windows, please copy this file to the SysWOW64 folder under your Windows folder on your system. If your Windows is 32-bit only, please copy it to the System32 folder under the Windows folder.

After the file has been copied, please restart Delphi

The installer should be fixed now. Please re-download and run it.
