TMenuItem's property Bitmap is not working correctly #23

This issue is related to issue #17.
The property Bitmap is only working if an image list is assigned to the 
corresponding TPopupMenu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7 64 bit, Delphi XE2, VCL Styles Utils rev 148
