Custom Skined Window is not removed after close in Vcl Styles Utils WinApi Window (Demo App) #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run Vcl Styles Utils WinApi Window (Demo App)\CustomSkinedWindow.dproj
2. Press Show My Window button with Enable SysControls disabled
3. Close Custom Skined Window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is expected that Custom Skinned Window is removed completely after close.
Instead remnants of Custom Skinned Window stay on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Delphi XE2-XE6, Windows 7 x86 SP1, Classic Theme

I can reproduce it with the clasic theme.
It is working as expected with a none classic theme.
Both on the same machine only modified the Windows theme.

Win7 Pro 64 bit
Delphi XE6
