`single-prove` command failing on example wasms

I'm running cargo run --release -- --function zkmain --wasm ./wasm/rlp.wasm single-prove and getting the error: thread 'main' panicked at 'removal index (is 0) should be < len (is 0)', src/foreign/wasm_input_helper/runtime.rs:36:28 and so with the other wasms in the wasm folder

The rlp wasm in sample requires special input data to make it run (with params --public xxx:i64 --private xxx:bytes-packed).
