This provides updates for results of pca (giving eigenvalues) for nutrient data. We can pretty easily drop vars (like doy1998 and month) and just look at nutrients alone, or add other things of interest. The idea is these data can be joined to the gam modeling data (data_model/model_chla_covars_gam.csv) by station and date, and then we can use the PC1:PC6 in the model (even just trying PC1 by itself). Happy to chat more about this, but excited to see things finally syncing up. Huge shout out to @estumpnerUSGS for getting this together...I just tidied up a bit.
