@goertler @catarfish Here is the new nutrient script that assigns missing DIN and ortho-phosphate concentrations based on monthly means calculated during inundation and non-inundation periods for each region. I kept much of the data prep developed for the PCA here and the correlation created to determine what forms of nitrogen could be dropped.
