new workflow for water temperature data #119

Hey Cat, the new workflow for water temperature - f_get_integrated_temp and f_get_watertemp, then f_clean_lib and f_clean_integrated_temp, all other files can be archived (I think). The data to use for the model dataset is "data_clean/clean_integrated_water_temp.csv"
