Model updates #125

One of the files I wrote the wrong message, but these commits are basically to change the inundation data for above to match yolo's, and to create a new file for modeling next time. Also some minor edits on original files from our working session.

Just saw lauren's comments... it's a pretty easy fix to add the "cc"s back in, plus we are on a different path now, so just going to keep in the same file. If I make significant changes next time though I'll consider saving separately.
