Bunch of changes here sorry!

added daily mean water temp and range and wrote new datasets
added prediction plots and code we were writing yesterday
some update to the explore_gam for some exploratory plots, though I did this before updating the dataset

Hi Cat, Thanks for keeping up with the repo commits. Things look good to me! thanks also for getting those daily water temps included in the dataset again so I can calculate the wtemp antecedents.
