Updates for 1/24 workshop and doc with summary of Bayesian models #59

Hi Ryan,

Hope all is well with you. Do you mind pulling in these changes to the repo? It's mostly some additional figures that I presented at the workshop and updated attempts at switching to a rethinking version. I have also filled in the summary doc template you provide with details on each of the Bayesian models so far. If you had some other ideas of what could be presented in that doc, please let me know. I just realized that other figures that aren't rendered directly in the Rmarkdown doc can be inserted. Thanks! Lauren
