Added yolo data #66

Hi Ryan - A couple changes here. One of the files where I made covars seemed to have been deleted but I had a 2nd version so I just brought that back. It makes a covars file. I also added temporary raw yolo data for now, until the publication is cleaned up with other data. Thought we could get started. I clean that and join it with integrated wq, then join that one with covars (left_join for gam, full_join possibly for lauren). haven't really had a chance to check the data but wanted the workflow to be ready for our meeting tomorrow to discuss.

Great thanks...yea I'm not sure what happened but a recent set of PR & merges that were added today made a few files disappear. I added some other stuff back in too so hopefully we are back to where we need to be. This looks good, thanks for pushing this over.
