Currently Export is set to: "Type","Buy","Cur.","Sell","Cur.","Fee","Cur.","Exchange","Group","Comment","Trade ID","Date"

Cointracking Import Format is "Type","Buy","Cur.","Sell","Cur.","Fee","Cur.","Exchange","Group","Comment","Date","Trade ID"
