We have set up spatial aggregation to be flexible by changing the above values in the config file (which is great!). We should be consistent with naming conventions for the provinces though, as in some we abbreviate with two letters (BC, AB, QC...) and some we abbreviate to three letters (SAS, PEI, ...).
All the naming in the model uses two letter abbreviations, so we should probably stick with that. Lets update these (and wherever else in the workflow, like the capacity factor file names) to follow the standard two letter abbreviations found here
